Can I Trust My Cleaning Technician?
Yes. Each of our employees have been through an interview process, pass a very detailed background check, have been thoroughly screened and go through a training process to ensure that they could deliver attention to detail ensuring our each clients needs are met. We will not hire anyone that is not able to pass a criminal background check. All of our employees are insured, bonded and certified.
Will I Always Have The Same Cleaning Technician?
We have dependable, friendly, reliable and trustworthy team members. While we cannot guarantee you will always have the same cleaning technician, we do aim to provide you with the same cleaner. If our team member is ill, has an appointment, is on vacation or any other circumstances beyond our control, we may send a substitute team member. This is something you will be notified of ahead of time.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
We do not offer refunds on any cleanings. Our commitment is to do the job right the first time, or to provide a re-cleaning at no charge if we missed anything by calling our office with in 24 hours of cleaning.
When Will I Be Charged For My Cleaning?
If you have a card on file, your card will be charged the day of your cleaning.
Am I Required To Be Home On The Day Of My Cleaning Service?
No, you do not have to be home when our cleaning crew arrives. Most customers leave a key under the mat or provide us with a door code. Your cleaner may have an easier time without anyone home, so that can clean more efficiently and not be sidetracked. If you don’t feel comfortable having people in your home while you’re not there, it’s also acceptable to stay while they’re cleaning.
